Beneath the Waves

The ocean looks blue

But beneath the waves there is

A kaleidoscope

The ocean is endlessly fascinating. The variety of life below the waves gets my imagination flowing!

The other day I saw an artist ask on Threads if other artists worry about running out of things to paint. I didn't respond, but I've been thinking a lot about it since. I could never run out of things to paint. Even the smallest shell, the most mundane moment, a leaf clinging to a branch... they are all beautiful. I can't imagine ever feeling that there was nothing left to inspire me.
